ETHAN BENDA has been a Personal Trainer and Performance Nutrition Coach for over 25 years with over 20,000 hours of coaching experience. He is a contributor to Men’s Health Magazine, The Personal Trainer Development Center, Bodybuilding.com, Strong and Fit.com, Happify, and BJJ Fanatics. He has been interviewed on multiple podcasts, including the Complete Human Performance Radio and the Chewjitsu Podcast.
He presents seminars and teaches classes focusing on the specific needs of athletes and combat sports competitors. He developed the systems: Functional Interval Training (F.I.T.), and the Diamond Protocol.
Ethan has trained multiple amateur and professional athletes and specializes in the physical, psychological, and nutritional demands of competitive sport, creating athletes who “never get tired.”
Ethan has also studied various forms of hand-to-hand combat including Judo, Krav Maga, Submission Wrestling, and Muay Thai. He holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Jason Bircher & Master Renato Tavares with multiple 1st place wins in jiu-jitsu competition.
Ethan is also an All-Natural Physique Competitor & BodyBuilder with multiple top 5 finishes.
